Meet the Team
Edna Isaac is the founder and Executive Director of Parents Against Parent Alienation (PAPA). Founded in 2023, PAPA is committed to fostering education, advocacy, and meaningful dialogue to empower families with knowledge, support those affected, and create societal change through prevention and early intervention.
With a bachelor's degree in business administration and more than 30 years of experience working with Washington State and King County, Edna brings extensive expertise in organizational leadership and community engagement. Her background includes serving in leadership roles with a women’s nonprofit organization, where she helped provide scholarships, funding, and educational programs to support youth development. She is also an active member of the Puyallup/Sumner Chamber of Commerce, Tacoma Urban League Guild as well as her local church.
Edna is married with three children, eight grandchildren and one great grandson.
Through PAPA, she continues her lifelong dedication to strengthening families, raising awareness about the impact of parent alienation, and building solutions that promote healthy parent-child relationships.

Dr. Josephine Harris is a Licensed Psychotherapist, Certified Master Business Mental Health Coach, and multiple #1 Amazon and international bestselling author. She is the Founder and CEO of Calming Minds, PLLC, President of The HERpreneur Network International, and Vice President of The HBCU Magazine.
A dynamic voice in mental wellness, women’s leadership, and trauma-informed care, Dr. Harris created the From Fraud to Favored™ coaching program to help high-achieving women break free from imposter syndrome using faith, psychology, and behavior science.
She has proudly served on several boards of directors across mental health, higher education, women’s empowerment, and nonprofit leadership—leveraging her expertise to influence policy, promote equity, and strengthen communities.
A veteran military spouse, dedicated educator, and adjunct psychology faculty at Bates Technical College, Dr. Harris has been featured on FOX News, NAMI Homefront, and the Shawn Fair Leadership Tour. Her signature message: “Walk in God’s truth, not fear.”
Dr. Josephine Harris - President
As Secretary of Parents Against Parent Alienation, Libby brings a wealth of experience in administration, finance, and leadership across both nonprofit and private sectors. In her role as a Division Administrator, she has managed complex operations, maintained detailed records, and coordinated cross-departmental communications—skills that directly support her work in nonprofit governance and advocacy.
Libby is the proud owner and CEO of Williams Real Estate Group @ Goldhouse Realty and Real Estate Business School LLC, where she leads business operations, strategic growth, and education initiatives designed to empower individuals through real estate knowledge and opportunity.
Her commitment to community service is reflected in her roles as Treasurer for Caring With Compassion Community, Financial Secretary for the Tacoma Urban League Guild, and active member of Rotary @ Sunrise.
A proud alumna of Pacific Lutheran University, she is deeply passionate about protecting the parent-child bond and raising awareness about the lasting harm caused by parental alienation. She believes every child deserves the right to maintain loving, healthy relationships with both parents—free from manipulation, misinformation, or emotional harm.
Libby Willams - Secretary
Jessica Alvarado brings over 27 years of experience working in the public sector, where she has dedicated her career to serving others with compassion and integrity. As both a mother and grandmother, she deeply believes in the importance of creating healthy family dynamics that allow children to thrive.
Guided by her Christian faith, Jessica is committed to fostering values of mutual respect, understanding, and strong family foundations. She supports the mission of Parents Against Parental Alienation in helping parents maintain positive relationships after separation so that children can grow up without animosity and with love for both parents. She is honored to serve on the board and contribute her perspective, life experience, and dedication to strengthening families.
Jessica Alvarado - Board Member
Steve Primas is the founder and CEO of Always Coaching, LLC, where he serves as a Parent, Co-Parent, and Marriage Coach. With a deep commitment to supporting families in transition, Steve provides compassionate guidance and practical strategies that foster healing, collaboration, and reunification with children.
With over 20 years of experience in social work, including more than 15 years dedicated to Child Welfare, Steve has worked extensively with families in crisis, helping them move from conflict to connection. His coaching approach is rooted in empathy, empowerment, and a belief in the resilience of families.
In addition to his coaching work, Steve has led court-mandated parenting seminars for over 15 years through Always Parents. These programs support families navigating separation and divorce, offering education on the emotional and developmental impact of family change on children.
Steve’s lifelong mission is to strengthen families by helping parents become the best version of themselves, for their children and for each other.
